Current Members and Residents
Property owners are automatically Members of the Property Owners' Association (POA) for the Fairways at Bailey Ranch.
The Association's volunteer Board of Directors and the Committees work hard to educate the Members and Residents about community rules to maintain strong property values and a safe and pleasing environment.
The homeowner is responsible for their property, whether having friends over, as a landlord, or when using a management company. Renters have their own section on this website to get their questions answered regarding this Association.
As a Member, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, ad Restrictions. Members must pay an annual assessment on time, get approval before making any exterior property improvements, and report any violations to the Board or our Management company.
We welcome any Member who wishes to volunteer to help at any of our neighborhood events.
We will be sharing events from the City of Owasso, Tulsa, and highlighted local entertainment as events are announced on social calendars. Please share with us any comments, concerns, or ideas of what we can do to make our neighborhood the best it can be for all our residents.
