Notes:
Yard clippings and debris are collected by The City of Owasso. They are collected seasonally from early spring to late fall / early winter. There are two ways to have your waste collected. The first is by a Yard Waste Polycart. The City can bring you a red cart, just like your green trash cart.

This can be done by enrolling in the Yard Waste Collection Program. There is a small monthly fee that is billed to you during the collection season. The second way is to use city-supplied clear compost bags. A roll of (10) can be purchased at either City Hall or Owasso QuikTrip stores. The City WILL NOT pick up any yard waste that is not in a city-supplied bag!

A city bag can also be tied around brush bundles for pick-up as well. You can contact the City of Owasso for more information at 918.272.4959. Collection day is Tuesday. You can place your red polycart or bags at the curb Monday evening. Carts should be moved from the curb by Wednesday morning. If you need assistance moving your cart in or out, contact the HOA board.
