HOA News Highlights:
The 2026 Board Directors
The elected members to serve on the 2026 Board of Directors for The Fairways at Bailey Ranch are: Brent Green, Jenna Hall, Karen Hilton, Randy Hilton, Claire Iverson, Kim Knapp, JR Ragsdale, and Becky Weaver.
Tornado Repair Update
There has been some time since the tornado. Members who still do not have their repairs started need to contact the Board with an update on their situation. More information about repairing your home and getting an Architectural Request Change (ARC) form is available on this website under the MyHOA Tab, or click HERE.
Submitting a Architectural Change
Do you need to submit an Architectural Request Change (ARC) form for a new roof? A fence? Find the form under the My HOA tab or click HERE to begin the process. 
Covenant Enforcement Resolution
It is the responsibility of every property owner (Owner) and their tenants to be familiar with and observe the covenants for The Fairways at Bailey Ranch. If you receive a covenant violation letter, please take the time and effort to correct the violation. A new Covenant Enforcement Resolution was recently passed by the Board of Directors.
